Terrible! The staff at counter number 11 spoke rudely to customers, had an unpleasant expression, and spoke without any manners. I wonder if this staff member has ever been taught proper customer service etiquette.

Ouch…Agribank has gotten greedy. I used their ATMs about 9 months ago when I first came to Đà Nẵng, and they had a 25,000 dong fee. About 3 months later, they increased that to 55,000 dong. Still not terrible. Today I stopped on and they were charging a 132,000 dong fee. My goodness. I knew a lot of foreigners in Đà Nẵng who previously used Agribank and gladly paid the fee because it was reasonable, but now the fee is close to $6, with a maximum withdrawal of 3,000,000 vnd (about $115). Quite a jump from 25000 to 132000 in less than a year. I’d recommend folks with foreign cards to stay away. A much better alternative would be TechcomBank, which still has a fee of 66,000 dong ($2.50) for foreign withdrawals. The best option in town is VPBank, which still charges no fee whatsoever for foreign cards (as of February 2026). However, be sure to check recent reviews for VPBank ATMs before going…the last 3 VPBank ATMs I tried to access around Đà Nẵng were all under maintenance and unavailable for use. Either way, shame on AgriBank for getting so greedy so quickly. They used to be a reliable and reasonable option, but I would definitely avoid as of February 2026. This ATM does work, so use only if desperate

UnionPay Travelogue works without any fees. The card is also fast. ^^ I withdrew 9 million dong in three installments of 3 million dong each. The operating hours listed on Google Maps are incorrect. I went at 6:50 PM, and they were operating smoothly. Please keep that in mind.
