ACB - PGD Hòa Khánh

The staff lacks professionalism and bad attitude. I work for company accounts and do transactions at many branches in Da Nang but have never seen a branch like Hoa Khanh. The staff here probably work without pay.

I waited for 20 minutes but no one answered. I immediately quit ACB.

Waited for hours without any staff

Early in the morning, I talked and had some not too difficult questions, but the staff had too much attitude, working in a bank, not being a parent, working in a service industry, smiling won't kill anyone. Best regards, my dear glasses lady

This is the second time I have encountered this. The staff here is weak. Suddenly the credit card reissue fee was deducted twice. Once collected at the branch, 5 hours later collected on the credit card (this card was canceled by the bank). Again asked if the customer had any transactions, while the card was kept by the bank to cancel. When the customer asked, they could not answer? Asked back and forth with other staff, they said the customer wanted to check, if the transaction was wrong, they would refund, if it was right, they would lose 80k fee. Conclusion, told the customer to call ACB 24/7 to answer.
